PAYMENT

When ordering our products, we deduct the amount from your account already when ordering. As our products are specially made for your needs, it is necessary for us that payment is made by prepayment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection 2, no. 3, there is no right of withdrawal on our products, as our products are custom-made based on the individual customer's specifications and thus have a clear personal touch.

 

DELIVERY

We deliver your products with UPS. Expected delivery time from the order date is approx. 30 days, but can be up to 60 days due to Covid-19.

In the event of late delivery, you as a consumer have the right to cancel a purchase and get your money back. According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, delivery must take place no later than 30 days after you have ordered your item, unless otherwise agreed. If you want to cancel the purchase in case of delayed delivery, you have the right to get your money back within 14 days.

 

MAJOR FORCE

Modern Relations ApS can not be held responsible for delayed delivery due to force majeure at UPS or our subcontractors, including unforeseen failures, delayed or missing deliveries, war, terror, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, fire, water damage, theft, strikes, lockout, civil unrest, cyber attacks, disruption of public transport, including energy supply, restrictions on public authorities and similar force majeure events beyond our control.

 

COMPLAINT

We provide the statutory 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act, with regard to defects that are found during the normal use of the product. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Thus, the right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly, that have occurred as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference with the product.

Complaints must be notified to us by email info@modernrelations.dk within a reasonable time, after the fault or defect has been discovered or should have been discovered.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

 

USER MANUAL

When ordering our products, a product description and user manual are included. We reserve the right to send products without user instructions, if the supplier has not enclosed this with the shipment.
